Ipswich River Watershed Association
We spent one morning volunteering at the Ipswich River Watershed Association. What a wonderful organization! The Ipswich River Watershed Association has a mission to protect nature and make sure that there is enough clean water for people, fish, and wildlife. Members of the Ipswich River Water Association have access to kayaks, canoes, paddling and walking trails along their 23-acre property. We had a great time volunteering and learning more about the Ipswich River.

National Financial Literacy Month
National Financial Literacy Month In honor of National Financial Literacy Month, our goal was to help children learn about money in a fun and interesting way. We sent out piggy banks, interactive books, and books we recommend to our clients’ children, and grandchildren to help teach them about money. It is never too early to start!
The feedback from our clients was great and look forward to doing it again next year!
Albany County Executive’s Adopt-A-Family
Each year, Albany County Executive’s Adopt-A-Family Program has helped make the Holidays a special time for thousands of local children and families. Team Charted was happy to participate in the Adopt-A-Family program this year. We were able to provide joy to a local family of 3 for the Holidays by delivering wrapped gifts from their wish lists. This year, 372 families were referred to and serviced through the Adopt-A-Family Program. This event provided comfort, support and gave children and families an opportunity to celebrate during the Holiday season.

Leukemia & Lymphoma Society: Light the Night
Members of Team Charted, along with some of their family and friends, participated in The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Light the Night walks in both Albany, NY and Boston, MA. We were able to provide support and have a positive impact on friends and families within our community along with reaching our goal and bringing some light to the darkness of cancer. Funds raised through Light the Night allow LLS to fund treatments for patients who are suffering from all forms of blood cancers. Since 2017, LLS has helped advance 85% of the blood cancer treatment options approved by the FDA.
